Travel & Visa Pro acts only as an expediting agent, and only Embassy/consular officials and U.S. Passport Office agents make the final determination when deciding how fast a visa or passport will be issued and for what period of time (validity) visas can be issued. U.S. Passport Services reserve the right to prioritize the processing according to the departure date provided by the applicant. Embassy/consulate officials also have the right to ask for additional documentation in order to issue a passport or visa.
Travel & Visa Pro accepts no responsibility for the services of the Passport Agency or Embassy/Consulate in connection with the granting of passports or visas, nor for any delays, loss of passports or other materials occasioned by such services or by any delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service. Damage compensation is not available.
You’re required to prepay for all services; all fees are non-refundable once service processing has begun. In the case where a visa or passport application has been canceled or rejected, the service fee will be non refundable. In case mistake is made on our part in dates/names, please notify us within 12 hours after receipt of your visa for necessary corrections to be made. If your trip has been postponed or dates are changed, some consulates permit visa correction for a fee.

ORDER PROCESSING CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to orders of travel services (a.k.a. visa, visa support, other travel services) made by you through this website.
- (1) Placing a visa/visa support order
On placing an order, you shall pay a non-refundable processing fee. You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed and check(s)/money order(s) will be deposited immediately. Our fees are all-inclusive, but you agree to pay all applicable taxes and return shipping charges relating to the purchase of any visa or other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of Russian visas are subject to change without prior notice.
- (2) Processing a visa/visa support order
Russian Consulate/embassy or any other government branch will issue you visa/visa support according to information provided on your application, letter of invitation, and payment. Russian Consular officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of visa to Russia without disclosing the reason for denial as well as refuse to refund consular fees.
Travel & Visa Pro uses USPS and FedEx for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. Travel & Visa Pro is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client’s possession or in transit. Travel & Visa Pro strongly encourages it’s clients to use shipping services that provide real-time tracking of packages in transit. Travel & Visa Pro is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, keep safe, any and all packages. Travel & Visa Pro cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.
Requirements and fees related to the processing of Russian visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for Russia visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Processing time for Russian visas quoted by Travel & Visa Pro are approximations based on normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Russian Consulate is the issuing authority for all Russian visas therefore Travel & Visa Pro will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to inaccuracies, denial or delay in visa processing. Travel & Visa Pro reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.
- (3) Cancellations/Refunds
Travel & Visa Pro does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made unless you wish to cancel a service before your passport and other supporting documents were received by Travel & Visa Pro. If this is the case, you can do so without any penalties or charges by notifying Customer Care. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service and for return shipping (if prepaid). However, if you decide to cancel after your passport and supporting documents were received by Travel & Visa Pro no refund will be given and the service will be completed. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after the documents have been received and the application process has began.
Travel & Visa Pro shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Travel & Visa Pro makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, Travel & Visa Pro shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.
